The importance of having good habits is to be healthy and to achieve your goals. Many people this days do habits because they need to achieve there golds by doing what they do. People try to do different type of habit, sometimes they do there habits to feel better. Some habits that they do is eat healthy and exercise, and sometimes is only because they have to do it, like go to work. Some people don't know that doing habits would help you be physical and mentally. Having some habits could help you a lot this days, but you need to do your habits every day or three times a week to achieve your goals.


People around the world try do habits so they can be healthy, they try to find the perfect habit so that they would enjoy it, and don't get bored. They do this for different type of reason like stay healthy or be in a good shape. They try to do thing like playing different type of sports or just by doing what they like, like dancing or just going for a walk. This can help you stay healthy and be athletic. Some people this day don't do habits and because of that they are getting over weight,if people don't do habits they can get affected mental and physical. Some things that can affect there life is getting heart problems, diabetes or just can get obese. Some other bad habits are to drink alcohol and smoke, Smoking is a bad habit because it can give you breathing problems.
